“Human Experience” Awareness Event Promotes Health and Rehabilitation Awareness at the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Abha | Monday, 5 October 2026
The Student Club of the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Abha – Female Section, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized an interactive awareness event entitled “Human Experience” on Monday, 5 October 2026, at Building C, Entrance 7, in conjunction with World Teachers’ Day.
The event aimed to enhance awareness of health and rehabilitation challenges by offering participants immersive simulation experiences across four main themes: “Senses,” exploring sensory experiences; “Perception,” understanding sensory perception and its effects; “Movement,” simulating challenges related to mobility, balance, and muscular strength; and “Communication,” introducing alternative communication methods and various fields of therapy and rehabilitation.
The event attracted strong participation and engagement from female students and college staff. Through interactive stations and practical demonstrations, it promoted empathy and community awareness while highlighting the vital role of applied medical sciences in improving quality of life and serving the community.
