Program Vision, Mission and Objectives

Vision:

  • Providing excellence in learning. Innovation to meet the international students and create a center of research in physical therapy for the region.

Mission:

  • To attain high-quality standards in research and education. Through dissemination of knowledge and by promoting optimum health through community services.

Objectives:

  1. To develop the virtues of professional ethics, responsibility, honor tolerance, empathy, and practice in a legal way.
  2. Apply knowledge and skills gained during their education to solve problems, especially non-standard ones, through their professional pursuits.
  3. To engage in lifelong learning to stay abreast of relevant scientific advances, the discipline must contribute to building up a healthy society and nation.
  4. Develop a culture of learning, reasoning, communication, research, innovation, and leadership skills to encourage individual rationality among the standards and their application.
  5. Prioritize students to play an active role in promoting the quality standards in health education and the region in the nation.

Goals:

  1. To make our graduates exceptional autonomous practitioners, expert practitioners in the profession and community.
  2. The students will practice patient-centred care and participate in outreach and service to uphold the environment of excellence in education, engage with all stakeholders to employ, synthesize, preserve, apply, and disseminate knowledge that reflects best practice.
  3. To evaluate, apply, and integrate information related to physical therapist practice from the institution to the societal level with the best of character and conduct.

Operational Objectives:

  1. Synthesize and Apply professional and personal virtues to achieve the program objectives in a period of 3-5 Years.
  2. Quality standard and problem based learning for a period of 3-5 years.
  3. Demonstrate commitmment to evidence based research, innovations and continuing medical education learning to promote culture of learning and quality among students for 5 years.
  4. Propogate and plant standards for health promotion and community outreach programs for a period of 3-5 years.
