Graduation Requirement

Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science qualifies the holder to work on the job of specialist in Laboratory sciences in any field of technology, operation and management of medical laboratories such areas as: biochemical analysis, hematology, histopathology diseases, Bacteriology, virology, immunology, parasitology , and others, To graduate, the Medical Laboratory Sciences student must be successfully completed all courses  (126) credit hours in four academic years (eight semesters), in addition to a one-year mandatory (internship year (according to plan academic the Bachelor Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences,  King Khalid University. Mandatory training (internship) and the time spent by the students in a health institution aims to refine the medical skills through direct hands-on patients and provide students with the skills and expertise needed for the rehabilitation process for the exercise of the profession of Medical Laboratory Sciences.
