Dr. Khalid A. Alahmari, PhD, PT is Assistant Professor at Medical Rehabilitation Sciences Department and the Dean at the college of Applied Medical Sciences, King Khalid University. He earned his PhD from University of Pittsburgh, USA in 2012 in Neurological and Vestibular Rehabilitation. He has many Scholarly Publication in renowned International Journal of repute. He has published two books in his area of expertise.  He is a reviewer of many journals at International level. He has attended award winning Conferences and workshop at national and international level.  He is Consultant Physical Therapist with sub-specialty  in Rehabilitation of Inner Ear Disorders in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Faisal Asiri, (Ph.D, MPT, BPT) is working as Assistant Professor at King Khalid University. He is head of Medical Rehabilitation Sciences Department. He has eight (8) years of teaching experience and one year worked as Physical Therapist at King Fahad Specialist Hospital, Dammam. He has published 2 research papers and his 4 research papers are under review in reputed international journals. He has presented 3 poster presentations at American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in USA and Netherland. He is a member of Saudi Physical Therapy Association (SPTA) and American Physical Therapy Association. He has 3 awards in the field of Medical Rehabilitation Sciences.

Dr. Jaya Shanker Tedla M.P.T, Ph.D. had completed his MPT in Neurology and Ph.D. in Pediatric Physical Therapy. Currently working as Program Coordinator for Department of Medical Rehabilitation Sciences. He is certified in Neuro Developmental Treatment adult from IBITA, pediatrics from NDTA, USA and Sensory Integration Therapy from University of Southern California, USA. He has 21 research publications in reputed journals and serving as an editorial board member for JPT and IJRSR. He conducted many workshops and CMEs  and is associated with various international therapist training in Dubai and Iraq. Along with physiotherapy he has expertise in yoga and acupuncture.

Dr. Mohamed Abdul-Hameed Sallam  is Associate professor of Cardiopulmonary, intensive care unit and geriatrics physical therapy at College of Applied Medical Science, King Khalid University, Abha. He graduated from Cairo University-Egypt. He has a wide experience in rehabilitation of cardiopulmonary and geriatrics patients and ICU care unit.  He has been teaching physical therapy courses for under and post graduate students in Egypt and KSA. He has about 40 research paper and books in different physical therapy branches. He attend and present research paper in about thn 35 conferences and he has sharing in international conferences in Cairo and  Dammam Universities.

Dr. S. Paul Silvian is presently serving King Khalid University, College of Applied Medical Science, as an Assistant Professor. He is an expert in the areas of musculoskeletal disorders and orthopedics and has more than 12 years of teaching/clinical and research experience. He holds a doctorate in Physiotherapy. He believes in bringing the role of physiotherapist into the Occupational Health and Safety and has done in depth research in Occupational Health Hazards. He has conducted National level workshops in Taping. He is an ardent researcher and has many conferences and Scopus indexed international publications to his credit.

Dr. Ravi Shankar Reddy is working as Assistant Professor at College of Applied Medical Science, King Khalid University, Abha, KSA. He earned his Ph.D. from Manipal University, Karnataka, India. His expertise includes Manual therapy, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and orthopedic research. He has been teaching Manual therapy and Physiotherapy in orthopedics since last 8 years. He has published more than 20 research papers in reputed journals with impact factor. He has attended/presented many research papers in National and International Conferences. He has received two best research paper awards at national and international conferences.

Dr. Mohammad Mahtab Alam is working as Bio Statistician and Assistant Professor at College of Applied Medical Science, King Khalid University, Abha. He earned his Ph.D. from The M.S. University of Baroda, Gujarat, India. He has been teaching Bio Statistics and Research Methodology since last 8 years. He has delivered number of invited sessions and guest lecture on Statistical Analysis and SPSS. He has published 17 research papers in reputed journals with impact factor. He has attended/presented research papers in 42 National and International Conferences. He has received three best research paper award at national and international conferences. He has organized six workshop on Bio Statistics and Research Methodology for Medical and Allied Science's students and faculty members.
Dr. Irshad Ahmad Abdul Hameed is working as Lecturer at College of Applied Medical Science, King Khalid University, Abha. He has worked in AIMS (New Delhi) in Orthopedic Dept. for 5 years and 7 years in Asir Central Hospital. He earned his Ph.D. in Orthopedic Physiotherapy from The Singhania University, Rajasthan, India. His Specialty includes Orthopedic, Mobilization and Manipulation of Upper Extremities, Lower Extremities and Spine specially Mulligan Techniques. He has designed the current Bachelor of Physical Therapy Curriculum in King Khalid University. He has published 7 research papers in reputed journals. He has organized 2 workshops on manual concept.

Mr Kanagaraj Rengaramanujam is working as Lecturer at Medical Rehabilitation Department, College of Applied Medical Sciences, KKU. He has worked in various academic capacities and physical therapist at Father Muller Medical College & Hospital for 10 years.  He completed Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) in 2002 from The Tamilnad Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai, India. He has more than 10 International and National peer reviewed publications and presented scientific papers in National and International conferences. He served as Head of the Department / Program Co-ordinator for Physical therapy at Father Muller Medical College & Hospital for 5 years.

Mr. Kumar Gular is presently serving King Khalid University, College of Applied Medical Science, as an Lecturer. He is an expert in the areas of Neurological (Adult and Pediatrics)  and has more than 8 years of teaching/clinical and research experience. He holds a Master’s degree in  Physiotherapy (Neurology).He is a certified member for  handling Adult through Bobath concept from Switzerland and Sensory Integration from University of southern California. He has guided both undergraduate and post graduate students in their research work and was the  chair person for board of studies in NTR University of health sciences.

Snehil Dixit, M.P.T, PhD ( Specialized in Cardiopulmonary Sciences ) working as a lecturer at College of Applied Medical Sciences, Department of medical Rehabilitation, King Khalid University, Abha. Formerly worked as a Research Assistant at Manipal University project funded by Indian Medical Council for Research (ICMR).  He has a keen interest in research that examines the relationship between various cardiopulmonary conditions and its outcomes. He has 14 research paper publications in indexed and impact factor Journals. Presented Research papers and attended several seminars, CME’s and workshops in the field of physiotherapy.

Venkata Nagaraj Kakaraparthi, M.P.T ( Specialized in Musculoskeletal & Sports ) working as a lecturer at College of Applied Medical Sciences, Department of medical Rehabilitation, King Khalid University, Abha. Formerly worked as a Senior Physiotherapist at NHS, London, United Kingdom.  He has a keen interest in research that examines the relationship between various musculoskeletal conditions and its outcomes. He has number of research paper presentations and publications in various International Journals. Conducted and attended several seminars, CME’s and workshops in the field of physiotherapy. He was Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (UK) and Health Professional council HPC registered.

Dinesh Ghatamaneni, M.P.T ( Specialized in Pediatric Neurology ) working as a lecturer at College of Applied Medical Sciences, Department of Medical Rehabilitation, King Khalid University, Abha. He has done his B.P.T and M.P.T from Manipal University, India. Formerly worked as a lecturer at Sarvajanik College of Physiotherapy, Surat, India.  He has a keen interest in research that examines the relationship between various Pediatric and Neurological conditions and its outcomes. He has number of research paper presentations and publications in various International Journals. Conducted and attended several seminars, CME’s and workshops in the field of physical therapy.

Dr. Radwa Saeid Abdulrahman is working as a lecturer and a coordinator to Department of Medical Rehabilitation Sciences in faculty of Applied Medical Sciences King Khalid University, PHD in Pediatric Physical Therapy, attended more than 32 conferences symposiums and work shops one international publication, 12 years academic  teaching experience in internationally and nationally  accredited  Faculty of Physical Therapy Cairo University Egypt, 6 years academic teaching in king Khalid University and still.

 

Dr. Amira Moustafa Ali Abo El Ala is working as Lecturer at College of Applied Medical Science, King Khalid University, Abha. She earned her Master degree  from Cairo university. Her Specialty in  Pediatrics. She was worked as a Coordinator  for female physical therapy Dept. at Abha general hospital for 7 years. She was worked as Lecturer at Health Institute for Girls for 4years. She shared with  a written Scientific articles in Alwaten Newspaper. She was a  member of Saudi of Physical therapy Association  from 12/5/2007 until 11/5/2010. She is the head of community services committee and responsible for Academic guidance.

 

Dr. Shaimaa Abd El-Hamid Abas is working as Assistant Professor at College of Applied Medical Science, King Khalid University, Abha. She earned her Ph.D. from The Cairo University of Egypt. She was the head of research committee, continuing education committee, student affairs and counseling committee in the department of P.T Cairo university. She was a Supervisor on many research thesis of master degree in physical therapy for surgery and burn. She was a Supervisor for out clinic of physical therapy collage (Cairo University). She has published 3 research papers. She has attended/presented research papers in 11 National and International Conferences.

 

Dr. Arti Sharma is working as Lecturer at College of Applied Medical Science, King Khalid University, Abha. She earned her MPT(Musculoskeletal) from Utkal University, SVNIRTAR, Cuttack. Her expertise includes orthopedic physical therapy with manual therapy technique, Cyriax technique for upper and lower extremities and spine, Mckenzie technique and the Maitland concept. She had clinical exposure of 13 ICUs in PGIMER Chandigarh. She had been teaching physical therapy students since march 2012. She had attended many national conferences and workshops. She had been awarded by President of Nepal in 2011 for her outstanding performance in BPT

 

Asma Islam She was graduated in Physiotherapy in 2003 from the University of Dhaka. After that she worked as a Lecturer, Department of Physical therapy at BHPI, CRP, University of Dhaka for 5 years. She was involved in Community Physiotherapy service. She has two research publications in International Journal. Has attended many Professional courses.  Now she is working as a faculty member in King Khalid University , department of Medical rehabilitation science since last 6 years. She has taught theory and practical and clinical posting to the Diploma students of physiotherapy and Practical and clinical posting to the Bachelor students. 

Dr. Devika Rani Sangadala working as Lecturer in the department of Medical Rehabilitation sciences, College of Applied Medical Sciences. She pursued her Masters in Physiotherapy from Manipal University, Karnataka, India in 2008 in the field of Neuroscience and Pediatric Neurology. She worked as Lecturer & Assistant Professor in Hosmat Educational Institute , College of Physiotherapy, Bangalore, India. She participated in considerable number of seminars and workshops concern to Neuro Physiotherapy. She has organized Seminar on “PT diagnosis in Neurological Physical Therapy” and workshop on: PNF for function. She is  Life time Member in  Indian Association of Physiotherapists, India.

 

Dr. Juwaria Fathima currently works as Lecturer in the College of Applied Medical Sciences (CAMS), King Khalid University, Abha in KSA. She has worked in Universities like AMS (India) and Al Qassim University (KSA) previously for more than 3 years. She was appreciated by all in Al Qassim University for her community voluntary services. She received her Masters’ degree, specializing in Neurology, from SRM University, Chennai. She published her thesis in the field of visual perception and its applications. She has attended numerous conferences and seminars, keeping herself abreast of the latest in her field by attending various CMEs.
 

Dr Sumiti Bagha working as Lecturer in the Department of Medical Rehabilitation Sciences, KKU. She pursued her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University, May 2013. Her field of interest is Sports Injuries and Manual Therapy. She has participated in considerable numbers of seminars and workshop concern to Sports and Manual Therapy. She horned by the Punjab Police Athletic team as a Sport Physiotherapist in 60th All India Police athletic Championship held in Delhi, India on March 2012. She worked as a Sports Injuries Specialist at Pain Management and Rehab Centre up to July 2014.
